IT Technical Support Officers are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits which are responsible such as:

Qualifications:

1. Work as an Inspection Engineer on projects for Operations Department.
2. Complete reports as required on and after projects.
3. Overall responsible for projects assigned to him.

1. Control A/P – Matching all service invoices for registration and input to system.
2. Verify and complete all relevant supporting documents to prepare payment voucher and cheques for all suppliers. Ensure payment cycle and credit term is strictly followed and as per approval matrix.
3. Input V.A.T. is timely reimbursement and report to the Revenue department to ensure tax optimization.
4. Recheck Tax invoice for submitted VAT (PP.30, PND.3, 53, 54, 36).
