IT Technical Support Officer
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer science or related field.
  • At least 5 year experience in IT support field
  • Male
Responsibilities:

IT Technical Support Officers are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits included:

  1. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  3. Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone.
  4. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  5. Replacing parts as required.
  6. Providing support, including procedural documentation.
  7. Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
  8. Supporting the roll-out of new applications and record both new and old of IT equipment.
  9. Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
  10. Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
  11. Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
  12. Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
  13. Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with other department and other professionals (e.g., software developers).
  14. Testing and evaluating new technology.
  15. Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
  16. Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization
  17. Understanding of the basics of customer service and a working knowledge of computer software and hardware especially FileMaker Pro

 

Database Programmer

Qualifications:

  • B.A. in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science or related filed.
  • At least two years work experience in Database Design, knowledge in File MakerPro and Oracle program.

Responsibilities:

  1. Application development based on requirements of customers.
  2. Design and implement database.
  3. Maintain and support the company’s databases.
  4. Ensures proper configuration and maintenance of the databases.
  5. Space planning and monitoring.
  6. Performance monitoring, tuning, “reorganizing” and optimizing.
  7. Creation and management of objects within the databases
Sales Engineers (Urgent!!)
Qualification:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Sales, Marketing Administration or higher.
  • Total experience in both Sales and Service at least 10 years in Industrial Equipments, preferably in one or more of the following industry sectors, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Oil Refining or Power plants.
Responsibilities:
  1. Taking responsibility for managing the sales of Inspection projects.
  2. Find new prospects, assess opportunities for solution selling.
  3. Coordinate with presales teams to prepare proposal and present solution to customers.
  4. Advise offering Service/solutions to customers/prospects.
  5. Generate sales revenue to meet defined target.
  6. To be representative of company to gather issues and feedback from customers.
  7. Keep closely relationship with customers.

 

Signal analyst - Dacon R&D dept.
Qualification:
  • An University Master degree or PhD in Physics, with radio engineering physics background or similar
  • Experience with signals, signal processing via software, digital filtering methods
  • Experience at least 3 years with high level programming languages, aspect orientated and object orientated programming style
  • Able to use Graphical programming languages Lab View, Delphi, C/C++, Java, or others
  • Project management skills
  • Good spoken English
  • Able to learn new technologies and grow with us

Responsibilities:

  1. Writing Graphical User Interface to communicate with electronic equipment (FPGA or DSP based) via USB protocol
  2. Writing of analyzing software routines for signal processing
  3. Develop algorithms for filtering or signal processing and realize in software
  4. Doing experiments with transducers and sensors to measure and analyze signals

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Administrative or related field

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing mainly support and coordinate with respectively marketing team on sale order collection and marketing activities.
  2. Coordinate with related department about the service schedule confirmed by clients.
