Dacon offers inspection programs ranging from Inspection Databases and Risk Based Inspection
to full inspection programs for inspection and certification of tanks, vessels and pipelines.
Inspection Database
Dacon develops customized inspection databases containing all relevant inspection data for
a specific client. The database enables the client to easily review the condition of all its
equipment. The condition of the equipment will be evaluated and monitored by the software.
Corrosion rates will become available and can be used for possible additional Risk Based
Inspection programs.
Risk Based Inspection and Condition Based Inspection
Dacon provides general inspection programs in which will be taken care of the complete
inspection requirements for a complete plant or part of a plant. If RBI is requested, first
a risk assessment of the entire scope will be made in consultation with the client.
Certification and inspection of Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Pipe lines (API
510, 570, 653).
Dacon can provide complete inspection packages for inspection and certification to API
standard for all common equipment. Certification of equipment might be necessary to meet statuory demands. By using advanced inspection techniques and rope acces, inspection
time and costs can be greatly reduced. |
